About the job

During your three-year apprenticeship as a Commercial Employee EFZ Real Estate, you will get to know the diverse objectives of basic education and gradually acquire the necessary specialist knowledge. You will be specifically accompanied and supported by our team. Your know-how as well as your professional and personal skills will be continuously expanded and further developed.

What to expect

• You will receive a solid introduction to the real estate industry.
• You will undergo a varied training in different areas of our company and gain insights into a wide range of tasks.
• You will handle written and telephone customer enquiries.
• You will be involved in the management of residential properties as well as condominium ownership.
• You will prepare rental contracts and other correspondence.
• You will gain insight into property accounting.
• You will create and publish advertisements for rental properties.
• You will accompany our property managers on external assignments.
• You will conduct viewings with prospective tenants.

• You enjoy daily contact with people.
• You keep an overview and a cool head even in hectic and demanding situations.
• You have very good oral and written German skills.
• You have good English skills. If you also speak French, even better.
