Job DescriptionThis is your daily business:
- Tech Advice: You enthuse customers about the entire multimedia, internet and subscription portfolio of Swisscom.
- Store Styling: You actively assist with store design and present the latest products in the best light.
- Customer Happiness: With your open manner, you ensure the best customer satisfaction in the store.
- Shop Support: You operate the till and take on exciting special tasks in collaboration with the store management.
You bring the following:
- Your Education: A completed apprenticeship in retail (EFZ or EBA) - e.g. as a retail specialist / retail assistant or salesperson. (Strong career changers with sales experience are also welcome!)
- Your Skills: You genuinely enjoy customer contact, have a confident demeanour and are absolutely tech-savvy.
- Your Language: You communicate fluently in German.
- The Formalities: A clean criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months).
