We are seeking a communicative, persistent, and reliable personality for active telephone contact and appointment setting.

Your tasks

• Independently conducting numerous outgoing calls
• Contacting existing contacts and potential customers
• Arranging qualified appointments for our field service
• Follow-up of contacts and maintenance of the CRM system

Your profile

• Ideally experience in outbound telemarketing or telephone appointment setting
• Enjoyment of active telephony and dealing with different people
• Perseverance and a positive attitude even in the face of rejection
• Very good German skills and a clear, convincing manner of expression
• Independent and structured way of working
