About the job

Do you work in a structured way, keep an overview even in busy situations, and like to lend a hand? In our central kitchen, you take on a key role in the daily production of the cold kitchen. Together with your team, you ensure smooth processes, the highest quality standards, and efficient preparation of our dishes.

Important notes: Working days: Monday-Sunday ¦ Working hours: 12:00 - 21:15

What you achieve

• You actively work daily in the cold kitchen and take responsibility at the production stations
• You coordinate the preparation of large production quantities and ensure quality and consistency
• You support and lead the team directly in the operational cooking process
• You ensure a smooth workflow during production times
• You ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards (HACCP)

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Cook
• Professional experience: 5 years of professional experience and initial leadership experience in (system) gastronomy / production
• You work in a structured, efficient manner and keep an overview even with high volume
• You convince through team spirit, commitment, and a hands-on mentality
• German (B2)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
