What to expect
- You monitor delivery quality based on defined quality objectives and KPIs and ensure meaningful reporting for the relevant stakeholders
- As a Process Owner, you continuously develop the supplier evaluation and the end-to-end process for handling incoming goods issues
- You systematically address suppliers with quality deviations and consistently pursue agreed improvement measures
- Together with the purchasing managers, you coordinate necessary escalations and ensure the implementation of the billing process
- You keep existing delivery standards and guidelines, such as the general delivery conditions, up to date and develop them as needed
- With sound data analyses, you identify causes, highlight optimisation potentials, and derive concrete recommendations for action
- You initiate and accompany cross-departmental projects to increase quality, process reliability, and efficiency within the supply chain
- Through spot checks and process audits, you verify compliance with defined standards and support the involved teams with targeted training
What you bring
- A technical or commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training as a technical merchant, process specialist, technician, or in a comparable field
- Solid practical experience in process analysis, quality improvement, or efficiency enhancement
- Knowledge in quality management, supplier development, purchasing, or logistics environment – or the motivation to deepen your existing knowledge purposefully
- A good understanding of the interrelationships within a supply chain as well as a strong business mindset
- Enjoyment in working with key figures and the ability to derive comprehensible measures and decisions from data
- Very good communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident appearance towards different stakeholders
- An independent, systematic, and precise working style combined with pragmatism and healthy assertiveness
- Fluent German, good English skills, and proficient use of Microsoft 365
