Clerk in Internal Sales 60 - 100%.
In this exciting and versatile hub function, you will advise our customers by phone (German/French/English (Italian is also an advantage)), take orders and welcome visitors on site. You prepare quotations, maintain quotation and
sales statistics, support the salespeople in all administrative matters and handle correspondence. You maintain the website and are responsible for preparing content for the social media channels. Occasionally, you drive the new vehicles to the MFK or for cleaning. Furthermore, you assist in the support of international business partners and in increasing the efficiency of sales/marketing.
Your profile:
You are a service- and customer-oriented personality with a commercial education who is interested in marketing new vehicles. You are proficient in MS Office and Windows and have an affinity for current
social media channels, hold a category B driving licence and keep a cool head even in hectic times. In addition, you enjoy working in a team, are creative and like to make decisions. Independent working is expected.
