Head of Human Resources Senevita Casa 80-100 % (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

In this key position, you bear overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of Human Resources at Senevita Casa on a national level. You report directly to the operational management, actively shape the HR strategy, and consistently align it with the corporate strategy.

You are responsible for leading and further developing HR with the areas of HR Support, HR Consulting, and Payroll. In doing so, you ensure efficient, standardized, and digitally supported HR processes and promote a service-oriented, high-quality HR service.

Another focus of your activity lies in further developing employer attractiveness and sustainable employee retention, as well as HR key figures, reporting, and control instruments.

What distinguishes you:

You have several years of experience in a leading HR role, preferably in healthcare or a decentralized environment.

You are a convincing leader with high consulting competence, strategic foresight, and pronounced implementation strength. You are familiar with dealing with complex organizations and different stakeholders. Very good German skills in spoken and written form are mandatory. French skills are highly appreciated; further language skills are an advantage.
