Tasks
- Development and optimisation of baked goods as well as revision and testing of recipes, raw materials and packaging
- Creation and maintenance of recipes, manufacturing instructions, guidelines, product specifications and benchmarks
- Planning, execution and documentation of product developments, projects and tastings
- Support of production during product launches and technical challenges
- Maintenance and management of SAP recipes, master data as well as raw materials, semi-finished and finished products
Requirements
- Sound expertise in baked goods production, recipe development and food safety
- Analytical and innovative thinking for the development and optimisation of products
- Good IT user skills, especially in SAP and MS Office
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
