• Leading construction site teams in the field of building construction
• Active participation & support of your team in daily tasks
• You ensure that occupational safety is observed so that you and your colleagues return home healthy every day
• Implementation of the required quality and deadlines
• You are the hub between employees and foremen

• Training as a foreman / group leader or the intention to complete this soon
• Completed basic training or several years of professional experience in the main construction trade
• High willingness to perform
• You love working outdoors, are in good physical condition and weather-resistant

• You work on construction projects that shape the Swiss building landscape
