About the job

• Support and accompany asylum seekers on site and in the accommodations
• Advise on questions and concerns or forward them to the appropriate authorities
• Perform administrative tasks and reporting
• Monitor and ensure the safety of residents during the night
• Intervene and coordinate in emergencies or incidents
• Ensure compliance with quiet hours and house rules
• Ensure basic medical care

• Completed school and vocational training
• Basic knowledge and use of MS Office applications
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years), preferably in migration or social work
• Calmness in dealing with difficult situations and openness to different cultures
• Problem-solving oriented
• Initiative and personal responsibility
• Impeccable character (no entries in debt enforcement or criminal records)
• First aid course SRK
• First national language: Written B2, Spoken B2
• Second national language: Written B1, Spoken B1
