About the job
To support the client’s "Support, Operations and Procurement" department, we are looking for a professional in IT asset and flow management.
Ensure the overall management of procurement and stock activities, as well as the traceability and reliability of data associated with the entity’s tangible (Hardware) and intangible (Software/licenses) resources, to guarantee operational consistency and information quality.
1. Management of procurement and asset lifecycle (IT Asset Management)
Ensure the procurement and decommissioning of the entity’s tangible and intangible assets.
Ensure complete administrative follow-up of orders and procurement (from issuance to receipt, provision and closure).
Contribute to the revaluation and monitoring of the IT equipment lifecycle in close coordination with regional teams.
Ensure completeness, compliance and physical or digital filing of documents related to logistical operations.
Monitor the proper functioning and appropriate use of leased goods and services.
2. Governance, data reliability and stock control
Ensure the reliability, consistency and updating of data within information and logistics systems (ITSM, ERP).
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of reference frameworks (service/hardware catalogues) related to IT resources.
Organise periodic inventories, analyse discrepancies found and produce essential internal control reports.
Handle anomalies and manage stock corrections in accordance with internal procedures.
Produce and analyse key activity monitoring indicators (KPIs).
3. Continuous improvement, compliance and service life
Analyse supply chain flows to identify opportunities for process and tool optimisation.
Ensure strict compliance with standards and best practices regarding responsible digital use, sustainability and waste management.
Actively participate in cross-functional projects related to the unit’s activities.
Ensure the application of compliance rules related to equipment storage/transport and manage the administrative handling of the vehicle or equipment fleet provided.
Higher or initial education in logistics, management, IT or an equivalent qualification (Bachelor, CFC or recognised equivalent).
Proven experience in stock, procurement or logistics flow management (ideally in the IT sector).
Excellent mastery of logistics management systems (ERP, WMS) and IT service management tools (ITSM).
Good understanding and ideally certification/practice of IT best practice frameworks (ITIL).
Strong proficiency in process modelling and drafting standardised documentation or procedures (BPMN, RACI methodologies).
Perfect command of technical and IT vocabulary.
Category B driving licence (mandatory) (category R/S and C licences are an asset).
Strong analytical mindset, synthesis ability, rigour and precision in data management.
High autonomy, organisational skills and excellent priority management.
Marked customer orientation (empathy, helpfulness, sense of responsibility).
Flexibility, stress resistance and ability to occasionally handle loads if necessary.
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
