Social pedagogical employee 50% for the children's residential group in House Fortuna
In our children's residential groups in House Fortuna, we care for children and adolescents with cognitive, multiple, and psychological impairments as well as sometimes highly challenging behavior. This task is very demanding. The children and adolescents often show very conspicuous behavior that requires patience and a clear attitude. We are looking for employees who consciously want to take on this demanding task. You should bring expertise and empathy as well as the willingness to handle difficult situations constructively.
- Comprehensive education, support, and care of our children and adolescents including shaping their living and development environment
- Work as a reference person
- Collaboration with internal and external specialists as well as family members and legal guardians
- Experience in working with people with cognitive impairments
- FaBe, FaGe, social pedagogical training or equivalent professional education level
- Career changers are welcome if they are willing to engage with the demanding everyday life in the children's residential groups
- You are empathetic, creative, and humorous and place great value on good teamwork
