Assistant Production Manager 100%
Tasks
In this versatile role, you will support the production manager in all operational and strategic tasks within the production environment. This essentially includes:- Creation and maintenance of quality management documentation (QM documents)
- Participation in optimisation and improvement projects
- Support in various production areas as well as active involvement in production
- Participation in lean management activities and continuous improvement processes
- Planning and conducting training and qualifications
- Handling deviations and conducting root cause analyses
- Implementation and follow-up of CAPA measures
- Participation in change control processes
- Support with other GMP-relevant tasks and projects
Requirements
This position is ideal for a committed individual who has already gained initial experience in the GMP environment and wishes to develop both professionally and towards leadership.- Completed studies in the natural sciences, for example pharmacy, chemistry, biology, physics, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in the GMP-regulated environment of pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in pharmaceutical production
- Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility is an advantage
- Structured, careful, and reliable working style
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in actively tackling challenges and shaping change
- High initiative, flexibility, and implementation strength
- Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality with the ability to successfully coordinate different interests and requirements of internal and external stakeholders
