Fixed-term: 18 months

For our Operations Center, we are seeking fixed-term support in various benefit areas. You will work in one of our teams - Outpatient, Paramedical or Inpatient - and support the employees in the operational day-to-day business with your expertise. Perhaps you have already gained initial experience in benefit processing, appreciate a dynamic environment, work in a structured manner and like to actively contribute to the team? Then you are exactly right with us!

What you can achieve

• Support in benefit processing in our Operations Center
• Independent review and processing of benefit cases as well as cost approval requests according to KVG and VVG
• Assessment and clarification of benefit applications in cooperation with our trusted doctors

What you bring with you

• Completed medical or commercial basic training
• Experience in the benefits department of a health insurance company is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are a plus
• High level of independence and quick comprehension
• Communicative, open-minded and committed personality
