About the job

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out incoming goods inspections, material determinations and analyses
• Sorting, processing and allocation of incoming scrap metals and recycling materials
• Operation of the vehicle weighbridge for deliveries and dispatches
• Preparation of weighbridge tickets, delivery notes and accompanying documents
• Coordination of forklift drivers in operational processes
• Reception and support of customers, suppliers and drivers
• Support of material accounting and administration
• Close cooperation with sales, scheduling and operations
• Preparation of statistics and daily reports
• Participation in inventory tasks and internal projects
• Deputising for the site manager
• Compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations

Your Profile

• Training as a certified recycler (EFZ) advantageous
• Knowledge of metals and recyclable materials
• Experience as a weighbridge operator advantageous
• Forklift licence and at least driving licence category F mandatory
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Precise and reliable working style
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Neat and customer-oriented appearance
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with healthy assertiveness
• Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
