Lead and manage: as head of the Debt Enforcement Office in Biel, you assume overall responsibility for technical management and staff. You ensure the smooth running of procedures and support the development of the agency.

Your tasks

• Manage the Biel agency with 35 employees in organisational, technical and personnel matters and represent it to the public and partners
• Carry out internal control and report to the officer in charge
• Actively participate in the development of the agency and its staff members
• Handle complex procedures and legal issues
• Plan, lead and coordinate meetings and projects

Your profile

• Complete training as a specialist in debt enforcement and bankruptcy with a federal certificate
• Several years of professional experience in the field of debt enforcement and leadership experience
• Stress resistance, assertive character and interdisciplinary approach
• Perfect command of oral and written communication with companies or debtor or creditor individuals, lawyers and authorities
• Excellent command of German (C2) as well as good command of French (minimum level B1)
• Impeccable reputation (no enforcement proceedings)
