Task

• Participate in the processing of Federal Council and parliamentary business as well as other business/topics/requests of the [Federal Procurement Conference][1] in public procurement


• Support project managers in project planning/control, e.g. in reporting to the Federal Council on the implementation of the procurement strategy


• Support in organizing the conference "Sustainable Public Procurement"


• Perform administrative tasks (e.g. team mailbox) and take minutes

• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Public Management, Humanities (Politics), Business/Economics or Law


• Interest in gaining initial professional experience in an interdisciplinary environment 


• Independent and responsible action, analytical/conceptual/networked thinking, and team player


• Very good knowledge of a second official language

You will have the unique opportunity within this university internship at the [Federal Procurement Conference Office][1] to gain in-depth insight into political, strategic, and legal aspects of public procurement as well as to gain experience in project management. Our activities are at the interface between administration, politics, business, and society.
