You love skiing, are open to people and can enthuse them about good equipment. With us, you combine exactly that: You find the right ski, manage ski tests and turn convincing advice into a successful sale.

This winter we are opening our MACH SKI shop on the Hahnenmoos. At 1,957 metres, right in the Adelboden-Lenk ski area, you will shape the new location from the very beginning. MACH is a Swiss brand with over ten years of experience in developing its own skis. In close cooperation with a manufactory in the Northern Italian Alps, our skis are produced with elaborate craftsmanship and classic sandwich construction, as used in racing ski manufacturing. Our sleds are entirely made in Switzerland.

What you will do with us

You advise personally and sell actively. You ask about skiing style, ability and wishes, explain differences clearly and recommend suitable skis and accessories.

You manage our ski tests. You assist with model selection, organise the distribution and discuss after the test run what convinced and which ski fits.

You take care of the rental. From selecting the equipment to the return, you keep an overview and ensure a smooth process.

You help out with the service. You take on service and maintenance of skis and sleds and ensure well-prepared equipment with the waxing service.

You think along in the shop. You present the products attractively, recognise where you are needed and contribute ideas that improve advice and sales.

What you bring with you

Joy in skiing and interest in equipment and technology. You want to understand how different skis feel on the slopes.

Sales flair and an open demeanour. You listen attentively, recommend convincingly and take the next step to closing the sale.

Initiative and reliability. You organise your tasks independently and remain friendly and attentive when several guests need assistance at the same time.

Accommodation in Adelboden or Lenk during the winter season. Knowledge of French or English as well as a category B driving licence are advantageous.

What we offer you

With us, you work right in the ski area. Your guests can test the recommended skis immediately on the slopes. In the new shop, you take on responsibility from the start and contribute your ideas. Your daily routine ranges from advice and sales to ski tests, rental and service. In addition, you receive employee discounts on all products.
