We are looking for an enthusiastic personality to join us immediately or by arrangement as a Plant Operator 100% (single-shift operation)

What awaits you...

• You operate and monitor our production equipment for the manufacture of covers and dividers
• You set up production equipment and independently carry out conversions
• You identify and resolve malfunctions and ensure a smooth production process
• You monitor quality and ensure compliance with our quality standards
• You reliably record production and feedback data in our ERP system
• You provide the necessary materials at the production equipment

We expect from you...

• Completed technical apprenticeship, preferably in an industrial environment
• Several years of professional experience as a plant operator
• Good knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics
• An independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of teamwork and a positive, open manner
• You are a doer, happy to get stuck in and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Ideally experience in flat film processing or with web processing equipment, for example for plastic, aluminium, or paper
