For our client, a manufacturing SME, we are looking for a Head of Department Finance, HR & Services with a workload of 80–100% by arrangement. You will be responsible for finance, HR and services, lead three employees and actively shape systems, processes and reporting. You can expect a structured handover, flexible working hours and the possibility of home office.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Responsible for financial statements according to OR, liquidity planning, controlling, costing and reporting
• Leading the finance, HR and services department with three employees and ensuring an appropriate organisation
• Managing the deployed finance, HR and administration systems as well as driving digitalisation and process optimisations
• Ensuring contract and insurance management, the internal control system and timely reporting to management and board of directors

You offer your new employer:

• Advanced training or further education in finance and accounting, controlling or business administration, for example a professional certificate, federal diploma, HF or FH
• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as ideally specialist and management experience
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, experience with IN:ERP and InFinanz/Diamant is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high reliability, sound judgement and clear and transparent communication
