Head of Infrastructure Building Management

Your Tasks

* Professional and personnel management of five employees as well as deployment and resource planning
* Planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance, renovation and optimisation projects
* Organisation of in-house services, smaller construction projects, maintenance work and relocations
* Budgeting, investment planning as well as cost, schedule and quality control
* Technical, infrastructural and commercial management of properties including contract, order and defect management
* Coordination of internal and external room usage as well as relocations
* Ensuring and further development of data quality and processes

Your Profile

* Completed technical or craft training, ideally with further education in facility management, building management or construction
* Several years of experience in facility management, real estate or construction project management, preferably in healthcare
* Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing employees
* Experience in managing maintenance, conversion and renovation projects is an advantage
* Knowledge in budgeting, cost control and investment planning is an advantage
* Very good organisational and conceptual skills as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
* Strong service orientation, communication skills and a confident and effective manner
