Your Tasks
- Continuous observation of a patient
- Fall prevention and prevention of self-harm
- Calming patients and providing orientation
- Support with simple daily activities
- Alerting nursing staff in case of problems or health conditions
- Accompanying in cases of restlessness, delirium, dementia or suicide risk
- Night watches for at-risk persons
- Showing presence so that patients feel safe
- Adhering to hygiene, safety and hospital guidelines
- Collaboration with nursing professionals and other occupational groups
- Ideal prerequisite for professional orientation towards sitting watch
Your Profile
- You are at least 18 years old
- German language skills at level B2
- Interest in nursing, healthcare and work as a sitting watch
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Good observation skills, empathy and patience
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Clear communication, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Physical and mental resilience
