What you can look forward to:

• Independent organisation and coordination of daily business with a 4-person team
• Active participation in the team by taking on tasks such as:
  
  • Allocation of suitable beds, coordination of admissions, transfers and discharges across all wards and departments
  • Active exchange of information with referrers, payers, social and discharge counselling as well as internal wards
  • Short-, medium- and long-term occupancy planning in coordination with management and cooperation partners
  • Ensuring cost coverage, compliance with tariff and legal requirements
• Support in project work to implement optimised processes within the framework of quality and process management
• Close cooperation with the Key Account Management area and capacity planning

We look forward to:

• Federal VET Diploma in healthcare or equivalent qualification
• Leadership experience or the motivation to take on leadership responsibility and to develop employees appreciatively
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system (tariffs, payers, hospital lists)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
• Friendly, confident manner and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional groups
