Do you want to support companies in sustainably digitalising their document and information processes? In this technical role, you work at the interface between IT systems, business processes and customer projects. Our client supports organisations from various industries in the implementation of modern enterprise content management and document management solutions. Your challenge

In this role, you participate in implementation projects in the ECM/DMS environment and take responsibility for the technical implementation. Together with customers, you analyse existing processes and requirements, develop suitable solution concepts and implement them within the system landscape. You accompany projects throughout the entire project cycle – from analysis through conception to realisation, introduction and further development of the systems. A central part of your work is the installation, configuration and parameterisation of ECM and document management solutions as well as their integration into existing IT environments. Solutions for input management, which digitalise and structure document intake, as well as platforms for workflow control, document management and audit-proof archiving are used. In close cooperation with customers and internal specialists, you conduct tests and training and support users during the introduction and ongoing operation of the systems.

Your qualities and talents

• Completed studies (FH / university) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education in the IT field
• Several years of experience in technical (implementation) projects as well as at least two years of practical experience in the ECM/DMS environment
• Sound knowledge in the configuration and parameterisation of applications as well as a good understanding of IT system architectures
• Basic knowledge in scripting and handling databases (e.g. MS SQL or Oracle)
• Structured, reliable working method and enjoyment in implementing technical solutions in a practical way
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills and high written competence
• Willingness to work regularly on site with customers
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills complete your profile
