The Ilgenmoos location is one of our three institutions. It offers residential places and day structure for adult clients on the outskirts of Effretikon. Immediately or by arrangement we are looking for reinforcement.

Residential Specialist

Your tasks are:

Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of clients with increased need for structure in everyday life, basic care as well as pedagogical promotion of their development potential
Cooperative work as a key contact person
Close coordination with the team for a common nursing-pedagogical approach and for shaping everyday life
Active assistance in the residential group household
Maintaining client documentation
Workload: 60%

You bring with you:

Qualification as a social pedagogue HF/FH or solid experience as a care specialist (FaBe) specialising in disability care or health specialist (FaGe) or nursing specialist
Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
Observational skills and enjoyment in appreciative support of people
Openness to new solution approaches and to reflecting on one’s own actions
Enjoyment in contributing and implementing professionally strong solutions
