Residential Specialist 60%
Your tasks are:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support of clients with increased need for structure in everyday life, basic care as well as pedagogical promotion of their development potential
- Cooperative key worker role
- Close coordination with the team for a shared care-pedagogical approach and for shaping everyday life
- Active assistance in the residential group household
- Maintaining client documentation
You bring with you:
- Qualification as a social pedagogue HF/FH or solid experience as a care specialist (FaBe) specialising in disability care or health specialist (FaGe) or nursing specialist
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting people
- Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
- Openness to new solution approaches and reflecting on one’s own actions
- Enjoyment in contributing and implementing professionally strong solution approaches
