For the central HR department of Marti Technik AG and its subsidiaries, we are looking for a committed, entrepreneurial-minded individual at the Moosseedorf location who will lead and further develop Human Resources with expertise, passion, and foresight. In this key position, you will be a sparring partner for management, a contact person for our employees, and a driving force for modern HR processes.
Head of Human Resources
WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE WITH USAs Head of Human Resources, you will assume professional and personnel responsibility for the entire HR area and ensure that our employees are optimally supported throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will particularly include:
- Overall responsibility for monthly payroll processing including year-end tasks, payroll reconciliations, and social security
- Contact person for audits, reviews, and all payroll-related queries
- Obtaining and managing residence and cross-border commuter permits
- Advising and supporting management and supervisors on labour law, strategic, and operational HR matters
- Professional support of our employees from recruitment to departure
- Preparation of contracts, work references, terminations, and other personnel-related documents
- Leading and developing a small, motivated HR team
- Active participation in group-wide HR projects and the development of modern HR processes
- Shaping a appreciative corporate culture and positioning HR as a competent business partner
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- HR professional certificate or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of payroll, social security, and labour law
- Experience with various collective labour agreements and their application
- Enjoyment in competently advising employees and managers
- High social competence and confident appearance at all hierarchical levels
- Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and networked thinking
- Strong IT affinity and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new systems and applications
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Leadership experience or the potential and interest to successfully lead a team
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; French and English skills are a plus
