Your main tasks

You analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solutions based on the Abacus Business Software
You implement Abacus modules, configure them, and optimize existing processes (e.g., accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, HR and mobile apps)
You independently handle support requests, prioritize them, and forward complex cases to the manufacturer
You test support cases, perform error analyses, and coordinate solution finding with the Abacus support team
You accompany release changes and updates and test new functions in the test environment

Your profile

Commercial or technical basic training, supplemented by experience in finance/accounting or business informatics
High IT affinity and interest in process optimization; Abacus experience is a plus
Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
Willingness to learn and a proactive, straightforward approach
Very good German and good English skills
