To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and dedicated Administrative All-Rounder Central Services with Leadership Responsibilities (80 – 100%).

Your Tasks

• Management and coordination of Central Services / Administration
• Deputy in Human Resources including payroll and social insurance
• Co-responsible for insurance, IT / digitalisation and events
• Co-responsible for marketing, communication and corporate appearance
• Budget monitoring and optimisation of internal processes in coordination with the management

Your Profile

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in administration, human resources or comparable functions
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and good communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and common digital applications
• Organisational talent and the ability as well as flexibility to manage various tasks simultaneously
