Our client, Marbet Immobilien AG, is an established real estate service company with around 20 employees and a strong regional presence in Central Switzerland. The company stands for personal customer relationships, high real estate expertise, and a long-standing market presence. Marbet Immobilien is part of Heimyo, a Swiss platform that builds a network of independent and regionally anchored property management companies. The new co-managing director thus has the opportunity to further develop an established company with a high degree of independence and the support of a growing group.
As part of the long-term succession planning, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual who will take responsibility for Marbet Immobilien together with the existing management. In addition to the further development and growth of the company, you will be responsible for the condominium ownership sector and will develop it strategically.

Your Responsibilities- Joint operational and entrepreneurial management of Marbet Immobilien
- Further development of the company with a focus on growth and expansion of property management activities
- Development of new business opportunities, acquisition of new mandates, and maintenance of the regional network
- Responsibility for condominium ownership management as well as leadership and further development of the existing team
- Management of own mandates and personal contact with owners and other stakeholders
- Shaping structures, processes, and services as well as joint responsibility for budget and results
- Collaboration with Heimyo and other companies in the group
- Several years of solid experience in property management as well as good knowledge in the area of condominium ownership
- Further education in the real estate sector, for example as a federally certified real estate trustee, property manager with federal diploma, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in property management
- Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative combined with a strong customer orientation as well as enjoyment in networking and business development
- Ideally, good anchoring in the real estate market of Central Switzerland
- An entrepreneurial key position with genuine scope for design and short decision-making paths
