Customer Project Administrator (m/f)

Our Supply Planning department in Basel is the central interface between sales, purchasing, production planning, logistics, and customer-specific projects, responsible for the timely processing and optimisation of small to large orders.

Regent Lighting, based in Basel, employs around 600 people across six countries, is the market leader in Switzerland and one of the leading lighting manufacturers in Europe. Our products are distributed internationally in 35 countries through distribution partners.

Your tasks

• You are the key to the smooth delivery of our orders according to customer requirements
• You skilfully manage our projects, ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations departments, and thus guarantee the timely delivery of projects
• You develop customised solutions for our sales projects together with the purchasing, production planning, customer-specific projects, and logistics teams
• You expertly implement customer-specific requirements and ensure their successful execution
• You check backlogs daily, communicate them, and develop measures to address them
• You are an active supporter in the further development of our area and contribute significantly to its success

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial or technical education and successfully apply your knowledge in your work
• You have experience in customer project management
• You are familiar with MS Office applications and ERP systems
• You confidently use your flawless German, French, and good English skills in both spoken and written form
• You communicate successfully at various levels, can easily approach other people, and have a convincing presence
• You work in a structured manner and do not lose track even with high complexity and under time pressure
• You are always keen to develop optimal solutions and demonstrate a high level of customer orientation
