Are you interested in a classroom in the forest?
For the school year 25/26, we are looking for reinforcement in the teaching team.
The small private school of the sponsoring association naturspielwald has been in existence for over 15 years. We have chosen the forest as the framework for our pedagogical work with children because it optimally supports us in implementing our pedagogical principles. Through its own life, its expanse, and the abundance of unstructured materials, it offers an inexhaustible resource for learning, movement, and experiential opportunities. Nowhere does a child have as many sensory experiences as in nature: seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, feeling. These sensory experiences promote interconnected thinking.
Our four pedagogical guiding principles apply to all offerings from naturspielwald:
· Understanding experience as a prerequisite for learning
· Supporting children in their active and self-determined learning
· Maintaining sustainable and trusting relationships
· Setting clear boundaries
Work location: Forest on the Baldegg, above 5400 Baden
