Your Role

As a Project Manager Architecture in Chur, you take responsibility for demanding construction projects from conception to implementation. You lead your project team, coordinate the planning team, and ensure that deadlines, quality, and costs are always kept in view. You are the central contact person for the client and maintain direct communication with authorities, neighbours, and other stakeholders. With us, you shape projects in interdisciplinary teams and contribute with your experience to making ideas visibly take shape. Your Tasks

• Leadership and management of the project team
• Coordination of the planning team across all disciplines
• Preparation of explanatory reports and presentations
• Clarifications with authorities, neighbours, third parties, and client representatives
• Ensuring a smooth project process
• Responsibility for schedule, quality, and cost control

Your Profile

• Qualified architect FH/TU/ETH/USI or qualified technician HF in construction planning architecture
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and teamwork skills
• Good communication skills, social competence, and leadership qualities
• Cost awareness and structured working method
• Confident handling of MS Office, ArchiCAD, and Adobe Desktop Publishing
