QA Specialist: Food & Pharma 100% (m/f/d)

About the job

Your job:

• You develop and maintain our HACCP concepts and allergen management to prevent cross-contamination.
• You carry out cleaning validations and monitor hygiene monitoring.
• You qualify new suppliers and service providers – and ensure that existing ones meet the standards.
• You create dossiers on raw materials and packaging materials and accompany packing tests in the company.
• You conduct periodic reviews for the requalification of our equipment.
• You organise our internal incident reporting system and professionally investigate causes.
• You handle inquiries in the area of Regulatory Affairs for products with medicinal status.
• You coordinate CAPA measures from audits and carry them through to completion.
• You plan and accompany internal and external audits.
• You maintain and create relevant quality documents in the DMS.
• You ensure that GMP requirements are lived and implemented in everyday work.

What we look forward to:

• A completed technical or scientific education (HF, FH or university)
• Experience in quality assurance – ideally in the food or pharmaceutical industry
• Confident understanding of regulatory requirements (GMP, HACCP, possibly ISO)
• A structured, responsible way of working with a "hands-on" approach
• Enjoyment of teamwork, but also the ability to complete tasks independently
• Very good German skills and solid English skills in spoken and written form
