Export Specialist with an International Flair (m/f/d)

Role:
Are you familiar with international goods deliveries and able to keep track even with complex export orders? In this position, you coordinate collaboration with foreign business partners, organise shipping processes, and ensure that all necessary documents and permits are available on time.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage international customer orders and organise the entire process up to shipping.
You ensure compliance with export regulations and handle customs documents as well as required permits and certifications.
You coordinate delivery dates and goods availability together with production and freight forwarders.
You maintain direct communication with international branches, sales partners, transport service providers, and end customers.
You process customer enquiries and quotations and keep country-specific price lists up to date.
You organise parcel, mail, and courier shipments and ensure their reliable handling.
You manage customer and price data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM.
You support internal projects and the further development of existing work processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial vocational training.
You have completed further training in export and order processing, for example as an order processing clerk for export.
You bring several years of professional experience in commercial order processing, ideally from a manufacturing company.
You are familiar with MS Office and digital commercial applications.
Ideally, you have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
You communicate very well in German and English.
