What to expect:
- Project management of plant engineering: planning, control and successful implementation of projects to optimise and modernise mechanical production facilities
- CO₂ reduction & sustainability: development and implementation of technical measures to increase efficiency and reduce energy consumption
- Overall responsibility: responsibility for the technical design, budgeting, adherence to deadlines and quality of assigned projects
- Maintenance & modernisation: coordination of conversion, maintenance and renewal measures on mechanical components during ongoing operations
- Interface management: close exchange and collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as external partners, engineering offices and equipment suppliers
- On-site presence: active support and monitoring of assembly and commissioning phases directly at the production facilities
What you bring:
- Completed degree or technical further education in mechanical engineering, process engineering, plant engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in mechanical project management, ideally in an industrial environment
- Sound knowledge in technical planning, budgeting and project control
- Confident handling of common project management tools
- Analytical, solution-oriented working style with a high awareness of safety and quality
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
