What you achieve
You are responsible for ensuring the technical processing of all patients in the ERP system Business Central (Padmin module) as well as the decentralised service recording in the clinic/practice information systems. Your main tasks are:
- Responsibility for master data, tariffs, rules, contracts, and service spectra including quality assurance and comprehensible documentation.
- Professional support as well as accompanying changes, tests, releases, and disruptions.
- Analysis and optimisation of existing processes in patient administration and development of new, efficient process structures.
- Identification of future-oriented technologies and methods and their integration into administrative processes.
- Participation in projects and cross-departmental coordination.
What distinguishes you
- You have a completed degree at HF, FH, or university level, ideally in business informatics, business administration, process management, or a related field.
- You possess very good IT user skills, especially in handling MS365, ERP systems (e.g. Navision/Business Central, KISIM, CuraMed), and digital tools; affinity for digital solutions and data analysis.
- A strong affinity for IT, digitalisation, system applications, and evaluations is among your strengths.
- You have a pronounced analytical understanding and recognise connections between tariffs, processes, systems, and data quality.
- Additionally, you convince with good communication skills and enjoy working with various internal and external stakeholders.
