Do you want to help shape HR and make a difference in a family-oriented company environment? Then you are exactly right at Fronius Switzerland. In our well-coordinated team of around 30 employees, you will take on a versatile generalist role and be the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR topics. From recruiting and personnel development to administration and payroll interfaces to the implementation of international HR standards, you actively shape personnel work and contribute to a appreciative and modern working environment. In doing so, you work closely with the international HR team at the Fronius headquarters in Austria.
Your tasks
- Recruitment process
- Employee and team development (organisation of internal and external training programmes)
- Personnel marketing
- Creating a social working environment
- Consulting activities and ongoing support for employees and managers
- Management of employee data in the HR software (time recording, personal data, etc.)
- Contribution to HR projects and HR process design
- Contact person for authorities regarding HR-related questions
- Legal compliance according to national labour law
- Implementation and optimisation of company-wide HR standards in the role as Expert National (EN) for Human Resources - close communication and cooperation with HR International at the Fronius headquarters in Austria
- Entire personnel administration from entry to exit
- Insurance matters in the personnel area
- Close cooperation with financial accounting (payroll, year-end closing work, social security, etc.)
Your profile
- Further training in the HR field (HR assistant or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in HR
- High social competence as well as pronounced communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- English skills at least at level B2
- French skills are an advantage
