We mobilise companies: At our locations in Oberhasli/ZH, Jegenstorf/BE, Altishofen/LU and Rolle/VD, we manufacture and assemble high-quality vehicle conversions with around 140 employees – from
in-house production in carpentry and metal processing to complete vehicle fittings. For our
production team at the headquarters in Oberhasli/ZH, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a:

Employee in Metal Processing and Assembly
(with deputy team leader responsibilities)

Your tasks:

• Independent assembly of Workerboxes (in-house product Walter Rüegg AG) according to technical drawings and specifications
• Carrying out pre-assembly work on assemblies and components
• Inspection and testing of assembled units for function and quality
• Ensuring clean, high-quality and timely assembly

Your profile:

• Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Experience in assembly and working according to technical drawings
• Practical and manual skills as well as enthusiasm for assembly work
• Organisational skills and enjoyment in supporting employees and shaping workflows
• Social competence and willingness to take responsibility
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
