The Reformed Church of Chur is the largest Protestant parish in Graubünden with over 9,000 members, six churches, and a parish center. Our Christian values enable public services in the areas of spirituality and pastoral care, social engagement, culture, youth and education, as well as for elderly people. As part of a restructuring and succession planning of the pastoral team, we are looking as a team player in the entire team from August 2026 a committed and versatile pastor (m/f) 60-80% who works citywide as an all-rounder and places a special focus on elderly care. Your tasks: • committed performance of pastoral duties in the mentioned areas • co-design of church services, devotions, and spiritual offerings • pastoral support and assistance for elderly people in our community • development and implementation of offers and events for these people • cooperation with social institutions and other organizations to maintain a network for elderly people • promotion of intergenerational exchange and integration of elderly people into community work • active participation in citywide church work, in offerings for adults and in ecumenical projects • teaching religious education Your profile: • completed theological studies and ordination or in vicar training • experience in elderly care and a heart for the concerns of older people • ability to work in a team, flexibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment • creativity and innovative spirit in developing new offers • good communication skills and the ability to approach people of different ages We offer: • an inspiring working environment in a lively community • the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and shape projects • support from a committed team and opportunities for further training • a position with fair working conditions and appropriate remuneration If you are enthusiastic about this responsible task, we look forward to your application!
