Your Tasks

As a project manager, you will take on a key role with us. Your responsibilities include handling building construction projects on the client side in all SIA phases, from strategic planning through design and realisation to handover into operation. Focus areas include portfolio management and our range of client services. Your workplace is our office in the centre of St. Gallen. From here, you will manage mandates throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland and work closely with our team in Basel.

Your Profile

• A university degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction economics, or a similar field. Additionally, you have several years of experience in the construction and real estate industry.
• You work in a structured manner and have an analytical-conceptual approach. Strong communication skills, confident German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as very good knowledge of MS Office are required.
• You are a strong personality with an independent and reliable working style for our daily multi-project management. Furthermore, you demonstrate a high willingness to learn and performance capability and enjoy working in a team.
