After-Sales Clerk (m/f/d) 80% - 100%
Your tasks:
▪ Commercial handling of repairs and complaints
▪ Spare parts management and technical component identification
▪ Customer support together with service technicians
▪ Purchasing and scheduling for after-sales
▪ Clarifications with customers and suppliers
▪ Support for customer service and workshop
▪ Monitoring of deadlines, orders and delivery status
▪ Master data maintenance
Your profile:
▪ Commercial training with technical understanding
▪ Experience in after-sales and complaints management
▪ Language skills German/English (French advantageous)
▪ Independent, structured working style and pronounced
organisational skills
