Project Manager Area and Site Development (m/f/d)

Why this position?

What you will achieve with us

• Overall coordination of area and site development at all locations, including building and maintaining the project pipeline for structural engineering
• Developing and further developing area master plans, variants, phasings as well as rough schedules with cost frameworks
• Preparation of decision-making bases for internal committees and coordination with users, directorates, canton and external partners
• Management of larger development and construction projects from project approval to completion, including control of planners, contractors and stakeholders
• Organisation and execution of public procurements, contract management as well as ensuring approval procedures (construction, fire protection, official requirements) and coordination of specialist planners

What you bring with you

• University of applied sciences or university degree in architecture or civil engineering; alternatively technical basic training with relevant further education (e.g. CAS/MAS project/construction management, real estate or facility management)
• Several years of experience in area and master planning as well as in managing larger structural engineering projects, ideally in hospital construction
• High analytical and conceptual skills, mastering interdisciplinary projects in parallel in a complex, versatile operation
• Confident handling of SIA regulations and standards as well as experience in public procurement
• Assertive and communicative personality with high personal responsibility and independent working style
