In the beautiful Munot city on the Rhine, around 3700 students are taught in 13 school buildings and 38 kindergarten classes. From the small village school to the large urban campus, there is certainly something suitable for you!
The Buchthalen school unit includes 3 kindergarten classes as well as 13 primary classes from 1st to 6th grade and offers 340 children and young people an inspiring learning and living environment. Our school unit stands for an open, lively learning environment in which children are individually supported and accompanied in their development. We place great value on respectful interaction and close cooperation with parents and the parents' council, school social work, as well as the involvement of the student council. Community-promoting and cross-cycle events and projects are very important to us; each school year is richly filled with them.
The cooperation throughout the Buchthalen school unit is characterized by high consistency, short distances, mutual support, and openness.
The school management values a participatory leadership style as well as high presence and support of teachers in challenging situations.
