Skills

Completed training as a care specialist EFZ is desirable but not mandatory.
Experience in supporting children with cognitive disabilities is a plus.
A resilient and innovative personality is essential.

The Heilpädagogische Zentrum Hagendorn specializes in the education and care of children and adolescents with cognitive and/or multiple disabilities. We are looking for you for our learning and living groups of the primary and orientation level starting September 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Assisting in the design of high-quality teaching and a diverse educational offering
Taking on targeted sub-tasks with one or more children within the framework of the planning prepared by the teachers
Supporting and promoting the children in self-care and tasks to enhance independence
Creating a positive living atmosphere and leisure activities
Accompanying the children during lunch and the design of the lunch break
Interdisciplinary collaboration in the team and with specialists

Your Profile

Completed training as a care specialist EFZ is desirable but not mandatory
Experience in accompanying and supporting children and adolescents with cognitive disabilities is an advantage
Resilient and innovative personality
