ICT System Engineer - Cloud & Infrastructure | Level Up ? (m/f/d)

Technical support and continuous modernisation of SME customer environments, including demanding issues at 2nd and 3rd level.
Planning, implementation and operation of solutions based on Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server as well as in the areas of virtualisation, networking, security and backup.
Independent management of IT projects throughout the entire process - from analysing the initial situation to successful technical implementation.
Development of suitable solutions from specific customer requirements and professional support in the commercial process, especially in quotations, presentations and acquisition.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in system engineering for SMEs and comprehensive know-how in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, virtualisation, network technology, security as well as backup and recovery.
Completed EFZ Informatics, specialising in platform development or system technology; a qualification at HF/FH level or willingness to undertake further training is an advantage.
Customer-oriented and confident manner, clear communication as well as an independent working style with a solution focus and entrepreneurial understanding.
Existing project management experience or interest in taking on this responsibility; certifications from Microsoft, Fortinet, Veeam or VMware are an advantage.
Fluent written and spoken German as well as willingness to take on on-call duties.
