What to expect

• Recording and processing insurance applications for internal and external channels as well as handling and coordinating customer complaints
• Carrying out complex mutations and writing standard and individual correspondence via various channels
• Providing telephone and written information on general insurance questions, benefit topics, products and services
• Advising prospects as well as customers at the counter in our sales outlets in St. Gallen & Schaffhausen

What you bring

• Completed commercial vocational training and several years of practical professional experience, preferably in a call centre or customer service of an insurance company
• Commitment to complete the course Certification Insurance Intermediary Profile Supplementary Health Insurance
• Committed, team-oriented personality with efficient working style and high performance orientation
• High customer orientation, likeable appearance and enjoyment in advising and selling in telephone and personal customer contact
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, further language skills in English or French desirable
