Sales Advisor Internal Sales 100%

• You advise and support our customers by telephone and, if necessary, in the sales shop
• You are responsible for selling our range with a focus on tyres as well as service and wear parts
• You ensure high customer satisfaction through active sales of our sales activities and services and share responsibility for achieving our goals
• You process enquiries, offers and customer complaints and take on administrative tasks related to our broad range of products and services
• You record customer orders and returns
• You ensure the flow of information between field sales and internal departments

• You have completed vocational training in the automotive industry, preferably as an automotive specialist, automotive mechatronics technician or retail specialist
• You have several years of professional experience in sales and preferably have commercial further training. Interest in automotive technology and technical understanding are indispensable.
• You are familiar with Office programmes and ideally with the SAP operating system
• Competent and solution-oriented communication, persuasiveness and enthusiasm for sales come naturally to you and you want to contribute to the further development of the team
• You communicate confidently in spoken and written German
• You enjoy direct customer contact, both in person and on the telephone
• You are willing, with appropriate performance and suitability, to take on additional tasks within the committed and successful internal sales team and to develop personally and professionally
• You are an initiative personality and bring with your positive charisma and pronounced team spirit the ability to achieve goals together with colleagues
