Service Owner (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for various managed services and ensuring that they meet the needs and quality requirements of our customers, the market, and the organisation
• Co-development and assurance of process-based service delivery in collaboration with the technical and administrative delivery units
• Conducting service reviews to ensure the quality and profitability of the managed services
• Development of new services in cooperation with portfolio management
• Preparation of service calculations and maintenance of the service catalogue
• Provision of specific service agreements, offer and presentation templates
• Internal consulting for sales engineers, project managers, and bid managers

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, preferably in the managed services provider environment
• Experience in the role of ICT product manager and business management training
• Experience in IT architecture, concept development, and requirements gathering
• Knowledge of ITIL4 and YASM, as well as agile methodologies, is an advantage
• Responsible, reliable, and communicative personality with team spirit and enthusiasm for engaging with new topics and continuous learning
• Structured and efficient working style, quick comprehension, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• The ability to develop visions and goals, convince stakeholders, and inspire them
• Self-motivation and assertiveness with the necessary tact
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
