We at heyb2b help IT and tech companies to acquire new customers.

For this, we are looking for people who have grit. ;-)

You don’t have to be a sales professional.

But you must:

• enjoy talking
• like people
• be able to ask questions
• not take a no personally
• have perseverance

Your task You will call companies from our internal company list.

In doing so:

• you will make cold calls (B2B)
• ask targeted questions
• find out if there is interest or potential
• arrange initial meetings (appointments)
• document information neatly in the system
• enter appointments into the calendar (the better the performance, the higher the chance of more pay)

We work according to the principle: "He who asks, leads."

You fit with us if:

• you speak Swiss German without an accent
• you are quick-witted
• you are not afraid of rejection
• you still have energy after the 50th no
• you are curious
• you want to improve
• you lead people with questions instead of overwhelming them with talk
• Experience in B2B cold calling? Perfect.

Salary & model

Permanent position 80–100% from CHF 4,500 gross at 100%

Alternatively: Hourly wage CHF 25–30 Freelancer possible

Commission model possible (abroad)

Working hours

08:00 – 12:00

13:00 – 17:00

Workplace Remote / Home office Possible from anywhere
