Your Activities
- Analysis and coordination of incoming customer complaints and repairs
- Error analyses: development of effective measures and solution proposals
- Quality inspections in production
- Direct customer contact (face to face, telephone, email)
- Consulting internal departments regarding quality issues
- Conducting quality circles
- Optimisation and further development of our processes
- Participation in quality projects
- Creation of initial sample inspection reports
- Incoming goods inspections
- Creation of factory certificates
Your Profile
- Basic technical training
- Further training as a technician TS or similar is an advantage
- Further training in quality assurance and quality engineering
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, as well as experience with ERP systems
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Analytical and systematic approach
- Resilience, as well as assertive and solution-oriented communication
